Casa Presidencial, Government of Costa Rica

In January 2000, Jiménez Deredia inaugurated the Eterno Femenino / Eterno Masculino sculpture at the Casa Presidencial (Government headquarters) of Costa Rica. The bronze work measures 5 x 2.40 x 0.80 meters and represents a torso of  man and a torso of a woman joined at the back in order to symbolize the link of the opposites.
