Deredia at the Shanghai Expo 2010

On May 1^st , Jiménez Deredia presented monumental art works at the Shanghai World Expo 2010. Deredia was chosen by his home country, Costa Rica, as a significant representative of Costa Rican art in the world and was asked to display some of his art work on the occasion of this international event. The sculptures of Deredia were exhibited in the Costa Rica Pavilion, in section C of the Universal Fair through October 31st, 2010.
